Projects’ Activities

Within the framework of the project activities, students of forest specialties are engaged in preserving the undergrowth of trees and planting new ones. Every year students take part in the environmental action “Live the forest”. This action is held in cooperation with the Ministry of Natural resources and forestry industrial complex of the Arkhangelsk region.

Students of IT-specialties are working on the creation of various mobile applications related to the work of the curriculum, thematic site to view the curriculum, information system for the work of the structural units of the College.

The College activities related to the development of General and professional competencies of students are held:

• contests, competitions, Championships of professional skills, including those conducted by the standards of Worldskills Russia;
• annual scientific and practical conferences and exhibitions of scientific and technical creativity;
• work on early career guidance of students in the framework of the Junior Skills project on competencies "Landscape design", "Electrical installation", "Software solutions for business".

Based on the above, the technological College of Emperor Peter I offers cooperation in the following areas:

• participation in educational and practical conferences on educational and research works;
• participation in online activities for students and teachers (contests, seminars, webinars, quizzes, etc.);
• participation in academic mobility of students, teachers, masters of industrial training;
• tours to share experiences;
• organization and holding of summer schools in forest, road - building, automotive areas;
• participation in project activities;
• cooperation in the training of workers (harvester operator, forwarder operator, mechanic for the repair of logging equipment, green farm worker and so on).
