Northern Arctic Federal University is pleased to invite foreign specialists interested in teaching and research at the University for a period exceeding one semester. NArFU’s personnel policy is aimed at increasing the University’s HR potential, training of highly qualified professionals, promoting internationalization and international cooperation. NArFU is home to experienced researchers and an innovative research infrastructure comprising scientific and educational units, shared use of equipment centers, research and teaching centers, laboratories and cutting-edge innovative technologies. The University’s research performance has increased fivefold since 2010. NArFU offers its foreign employees comfortable working and living environment.
