Director’s Welcome

Dear colleagues, students, and friends! We have entered the era of digitalization where almost all the processes of our lives are impacted by information technologies. The rapid pace of the overall implementation of digital technologies arranges the high demand for IT specialists and services across all industries. The specialists who know how to power production and business processes using IT solutions will always be in priority on the labor market.

Higher School of Information Technologies and Automated Systems is one of the eight higher schools of Norther Arctic Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Arkhangelsk, North-West Russia). The Higher School provides education in Informatics and Computer Science, Digital Technologies, Information Security, Applied and Experimental Mathematics, Business- and Technological-Process Automation. We aim to prepare skilled professionals and develop scientific research activities in the sphere of IT. To achieve these aims, we have designed and implemented Bachelor, Master and Post-graduate educational programs focused on ensuring students with knowledge, skills, and opportunities to investigate, develop and realize innovative ideas and projects under the supervision of the professional academic staff.
