After you come back

Dear students!

We hope that your studies abroad were successful!

Please, pay attention to the things you should do when you come back to NArFU:

1. Report documents regarding your study trip.

2. Detailed report regarding your studies (e.g. certificate, transcript of records, internship or practical training report etc.).

When you come back, you should have:

1. Your business trip certificate with arrival and departure remarks from accepting university.

2. Your study trip appointment.

3. Invitation letter and its translation into Russian.

4. Confirmation regarding your studies abroad – Transcript of Records, Confirmation letter with your assessment grades.

If you do not have any financial obligations towards NArFU, you should hand in your documents to higher school directorate.

If you have received, or should receive any funds from NArFU, you should present the package consisting of:

1. Business trip certificate with all remarks .

2. Copy of your travel document.

3. Copy of your list of expenses.

4. Copy of the order regarding your trip.

5. Filled in advance report form.

6. Your bank account details (if you are supposed to receive any funds).

If you have received any funds from NArFU before your trip, you are supposed to present all report documents within 3 days upon arrival.
